And he won ,for now and set a precidence for americans to follow, the The BLM has stood down and left ,and returned his cattle to him and the arizona farmers, and they are back grazzing in their pastures, The BLM should be held accountable for the deaths of hundreds of cattle and the costs of restoring the water infrastructu re that they destroyed with bulldozzers and dumptrucks that the ranchers have built and maintained over the 140 years ,which supplies not only their cattle, but the wildlife in the area, deer rabbit cayote,birds frogs bees, snakes turtles flora and fawna, ect.He not only demanded the return of his cattle and grazzing rights ,he demanded that the BLM remove their check points and stop brutalizeing and terroriseing and fineing and arresting people who go on the property to fish picnick enjoy nature! A boy on a bike was shot to death there a few weeks ago for supposedly tresspassing on government land! Whats wrong here people, it is your land!
